Marcus Garvey Park

Trek to the top of the park and you’ll be rewarded with awesome views of midtown.  There is also a great farmer’s market on the weekend and a crowded pool in the summer.

Delacorte Theater

The summertime home of the Public Theater and a glorious outdoor stage for all their Shakespeare in the Park productions.  Tickets are free, if you’re lucky enough to get ‘em.

Francis Lewis Park

Enjoy fantastic views of the Whitestone bridge while going for a jog, taking a walk, proposing to your girlfriend or posing for beautiful wedding photos!

Cadman Plaza Park

A well-loved and beautifully landscaped park.  One end is connected to the Brooklyn Bridge and the other is home to an awesome track!  Dogs can be off leash before 9am and after 9pm.

Tompkins Square Park

Not the cleanest or nicest park around, but it does have its charms – for instance, it hosts the largest Halloween Dog Parade in the country!

Riverside Park

Another great place to enjoy a great run or bike ride.  For those more adventurous types, you can go Kayaking or dive in for a triathlon-training swim.

Greenacre Park

We love this perfect and secluded oasis - bring your lunch, enjoy an afternoon read or soak up some sun next to the beautiful waterfall.

Bryant Park

A mecca of fun things to do – outdoor films, ping pong and yoga in the summer, ice skating in the winter and great people watching all year round.

The New York Palace

Have lunch outdoors in their historic courtyard overlooking St. Patrick Cathedral, or come for late-afternoon or evening cocktails.  It’s a lavish experience.

Inside Park at St. Bart’s

Grab an outside table during the warmer months and enjoy a pitcher of sangria with a Beef Burger or Steak and Eggs. Relax, it’s the weekend, who cares if the service is slow.

Markt

Outdoor seating is ideally suited for the summer months, where you can enjoy delicious mussels, mac and cheese with truffle oil and a large selection of Belgian beers.

Sugarland

Join in the fun with other sweaty and beautiful people on the dance floor and then retreat to the upstairs outdoor patio for a breather and then jump back into it.

The Ritz

Fun nautical themed bar with outdoor drinking up front, a dance-floor in the back and on the second floor on weekends.  Relaxed and cheap happy hour during the week.

The Eagle

During the summer, there’s no better place to have a drink and enjoy the clientele than the roof.  Definitely not for the prude or faint of heart.

TBD

Go straight to their outdoor beer garden for their weekly happy hour from 3-7pm where beers and well liquor are only $3.
