Hudson River Park

This is definitely one of our favorite places to enjoy a scenic (and FLAT) run or bike ride – just pay attention to the separate pedestrian and bike lanes and you’ll be fine.

Megu Tribeca

This is one of those places you go for a really special occasion, as dining here is an event. Just get the Omakase – with the Sake Pairings, it’s worth the money!

Odeon

Nothing is more classically New York than this Tribeca institution!  You can’t go wrong with a Martini and the Steak Frites with Sauteed Spinach.

Edwards

Sit at the bar and enjoy a funny conversation with the friendly bartender – who’ll make you a mean Bloody Mary to go with your Sliced Steak Sandwich.

Petite Abeille

A really great Belgian restaurant with nightly deals – Mondays are 1/2 priced Belgian beer, Wednesdays are all you can eat mussels and Thursdays are all about Lobster.

Duane Park

We love this ornately decorated restaurant for the food (try the Lamb or the Bouillabaisse) as well as the entertaining Jazz & Burlesque – go when Murray Hill is performing/hosting.

Ninja New York

Once you get over the novelty that your food is served by Ninjas you’ll enjoy some creative sushi rolls.  However, this place is all about the experience.  Did we mention the Ninjas?

Hideaway

If you live in the neighborhood, this should be your regular bar, with great music, tasty drinks and awesome staff.  You should travel here for the Truffle & Asiago Cheese Fries!

Industria Argentina

A very pretty restaurant with the most perfect music and lighting – and the food is delicious too!  Get the Terrina de Pulpo, the Cornish Hen and you must finish with the Flan.

Viet Café

A bit more expensive than other Vietnamese restaurants, but totally worth it as the food is flavorful and fresh.  Try the Summer Rolls, Pork Noodle Bowl and the Shrimp Crepe.

Flor de Sol

Impress your date at this sexy and sultry tapas restaurant – try ordering the Escargot, the Pulpo Diablo, ‘Albondigas, Empanadillas Rellenas and the Chorizo Espanolas.

Trattoria Cinque

This warm and kid friendly Italian trattoria offers a ridiculously simple menu – but all you really need to try is Gorgonzola & Pear Pizza, it’s really that good.

Benvenuto Cafe

This should be one of your go-to places for lunch – try the Pear Salad, a Meatball Parm Sub or a create your own Panini.  It’s busy during lunch, so don’t expect five-star service.

Thalassa

A spacious Mediterranean restaurant that’s perfect for a date or a group outing.  Do not pass on the Octapodi, the Tartare Trio or the Lamb Shank.

Zutto Japanese

This hidden gem is a great place to enjoy quality food and relax with a few friends.  We’d recommend the Midori Salad and the Kamikazi Roll. Avoid getting delivery.
